We’re hiring a Facility Caretaker to join our team.

This is a karma position requiring 2.5 hours per week for an Unlimited membership, a discount on items from our Online Store, and a chance to join an amazing community of people.

Hours are flexible but are needed during closed hours for one 2.5 hour shift.

Starts May 2026

Position includes :

• Washing the floors in the front foyer as well as the main gym floor along with using the Hurricane floor cleaner

• Cleaning and sanitizing the bathrooms

• Cleaning the Community Room

• Restocking restrooms with toilet paper and paper towels 

• Emptying trash cans and removing debris 

• Cleaning and dusting the front foyer chairs, benches, and front desk

Requirements :

• Applicant should have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. They should also be able to be willing to learn how to operate the cleaning equipment and be comfortable unlocking and locking doors after operating hours.

We’re hiring Part Time Coaches to join our team!

Shifts Available

We are currently hiring coaches for morning shifts (530am-830am), weekends (8am-12pm), and some evenings ( 4-7/8pm)

Starts April 2026

Position includes :

• Guiding members through daily workouts (WODs), managing class flow and time efficiently.

• Providing high-quality coaching on functional movements and scale workouts to meet individual ability levels

• Community Building and fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating environment by building positive relationships with members and contribute to a professional, supportive gym culture

• Ensuring the gym is a safe and clean environment for our members including resetting equipment before and/or after class

• Carry out any minor maintenance or cleaning as required – to inform the Manager of any major maintenance/repair or cleaning needed.

• Keep Management informed of any accidents/incidents which occur on your shift, and to report any situation which may be a Health & Safety hazard

• Maintain professionalism and professional boundaries with both staff and members

• Ensure familiarity with all aspects of the gym operations including promotions, memberships, and other job roles

Requirements :

• Applicants should have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills

• Applicants should also be willing to learn different disciplines including expanding on Olympic weightlifting and HYROX.

• Applicants require a CF L1 certificate or higher or an equivalent functional fitness credential is acceptable or HYROX certification

• Current basic first aid and CPR
