    MOM Breath focuses on hypopressive breathing training and is a gentle yet highly effective method designed especially for women who want to reconnect with their core, improve posture, and feel stronger from the inside out.

    Join our Women’s Only weightlifting club and learn to strength train with one of our experienced coaches.

    Strength training offers women profound health and longevity benefits, including reduced cardiovascular mortality, stronger bones to prevent osteoporosis, and faster metabolism for weight managements. It also builds lean muscle, boosts mental health, and enhances everyday mobility as you age.

    No experience is necessary and there are no minimum fitness requirements.
