Youth Fitness classes aim to engage them through active movement and allow them to be inspired to live an active lifestyle.

Both age programs are great for beginners, as well as athletes from different disciplines.

Our programs are an excellent complement to any sport.

NEW! TINY Fit

(ages 3 - 5)

TINY FIT will introduce littles to movement and a structured class setting that will help them fall in love with fitness.

Get your workout in while your little gets to follow your lead in taking care of your health.

The class goal will be to introduce movement, work on coordination, help kids follow instructions, and to keep them moving and having fun while meeting other kids their age.

Class options & pricing

NEW! KID Fit

(ages 5 - 8/9)

KID Fit will introduce kids to gym movements involving body weight and light weights in a structured class setting that will help them fall in love with fitness.

The class goal will be to introduce movement and weights, to work on coordination, help kids follow instructions, and to keep them moving and having fun while meeting other kids their age.

Class options & pricing

JR Fit

(ages 9 - 13)

JR Fit will introduce kids to weight training, mobility, and structured workouts that will advance on some skills.

If we see technique is appropriate, kids may be given barbells & parents must be comfortable with Junior Teens lifting more than 10 pounds.

Class options & pricing

TEEN FIT

(ages 14 - 18)

YTH Fit Teens will include a structured introduction to weight training, mobility, and workouts that will challenge their speed and agility. These classes will be designed to complement many sports such as hockey, football, lacrosse, and archery!

If we see teens technique is appropriate athletes may be given barbells & parents must be comfortable with teens lifting more than 20 pounds.

GIRL Fit Class Options & Pricing

  • WEDNESDAYS ONLY

    5:30pm to 6:30pm
    12 Classes

    Our GIRL Fit classes are for young people aged 11-17 who feel comfortable in a girls-focused training space.

    Email Amanda to combine it with one of the other YTH Fit Programs if you wanted to add a second or third day / week in JR Fit or TEEN Fit
