    If you have never worked out before or are an experienced mover but have never tried high intensity functional fitness before, we have specific programs and scaling options so you feel met at your current ability.

    Visiting from out of town and need a box to drop-in on? Or looking to try out a different gym, experience different programming, and meet new people? Either way, we’d love to see you! Purchase a drop-in under packages in the store and visit the schedule page for class times.

  • Functional Fitness Classes

    Our regular Functional Fitness group classes run daily throughout the week. Our programming strategically varies from metabolic conditioning to strength building days. Each class includes a custom warm-up tailored to the workout, mobility, and the workout – all guided by one of our coaches.

  • HYROX

    HYROX classes are high-energy, coach-led workouts designed to build the strength, endurance, and functional fitness needed for HYROX racing. Expect a mix of running intervals, sled work, rowing, wall balls, and full-body conditioning in a supportive group setting that helps all fitness levels train with purpose, improve performance, and train for your next race.

    Our 6-Week Back to Fitness Challenge is designed to help you rebuild momentum and create lasting habits, whether you’re stepping into fitness for the first time or getting back on track after a break.

    This challenge is for all fitness levels. With a supportive structure, guided workouts, and achievable weekly goals, you’ll improve your strength, energy, and consistency at a pace that works for you. Whether you’re a beginner learning the basics or someone looking to reignite your routine, this program will meet you where you are and help you move forward.

    Our programs are designed to help women and girls build strength, confidence, and lifelong fitness in supportive, encouraging spaces. We focus on movement, skill development, and feeling strong - not just physically, but mentally too - so every participant can train in a way that feels empowering, inclusive, and sustainable.

  • YTH Fit Classes

    Our YTH Fit programs for Kids (ages 5-9), Jr Teens (ages 9-13) and Teens (ages 14-17), gives youth an introduction to weight training, mobility, and structured workouts. Our programs include one or two classes per week. Our YTH Fit classes are a great complement to many sports such as hockey, football, volleyball, skiing, and more!

    MTN Strong is a strength and conditioning program designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and perform with confidence on the trail, in the gym, and in everyday life. Built for hunters, hikers, and mountain athletes of all levels, MTN Strong combines functional strength, mobility, stability, and endurance training in a supportive, high-energy environment. Whether you're preparing for your next adventure or building a stronger foundation for an active lifestyle, this program helps you train with purpose and resilience.

    Elevate Functional Health is conveniently located on-site at Elevate YYC, making it easier than ever to access a full range of health and wellness services all in one place.     Our Elevate Performance Coaching includes many options to fit your lifestyle needs and goals. Work 1-on-1 with an experienced coach for a unique program written and coached specifically to your current level.

  • Skill Classes

    Weightlifting Club and Gymnastics Club and is open to Unlimited members of Elevate and drop-ins. This class gives you the chance to get in extra Olympic lifting technique work with one of our NCCP trained coaches, will help you perfect your gymnastics skills, or get that movement you have always been wanting
