New to FITNESS
If you have never worked out before or are an experienced mover but have never tried high intensity functional fitness before, we have specific programs and scaling options so you feel met at your current ability.

You can continue to grow here. If you’ve been doing functional fitness for a while, took a break, are looking for a new gym, or want personalized performance 1:1 coaching–we’ve got you covered. Sign up using the button below.

Visiting from out of town and need a box to drop-in on? Or looking to try out a different gym, experience different programming, and meet new people? Either way, we’d love to see you! Purchase a drop-in under packages in the store and visit the schedule page for class times.
Classes & offerings

Community group classes
Our regular Community Group Functional Fitness classes run daily throughout the week. Our programming strategically varies from Metcons to strength building days. Each class includes a custom warm-up tailored to the workout, mobility, and the workout–all guided by one of our coaches.

community saturdays
Get your sweat on and bring a friend with you! Our Community Saturday classes are available for anyone of any level with or without any fitness experience, every Saturday morning. Partner and non-partner options of the workout are available.

NEW TO FITNESS
Our Foundations Program is designed for any individual who wants to train in one of our ongoing group classes whether they are a beginner to working out or are an experienced mover but have never done gymnastics, weightlifting, or other functional fitness before.

MOM STRONG
Our classes will run on Tuesday through Friday mornings at 9:30am. Get your workout in and bring your littles with you while meeting other moms in the area.

Skill Classes
Weightlifting Club and Gymnastics Club and is open to Unlimited members of Elevate and drop-ins. This class gives you the chance to get in extra Olympic lifting technique work with one of our NCCP trained coaches, will help you perfect your gymnastics skills, or get that movement you have always been wanting

Youth Classes
Our YTH Fit programs for Kids (ages 5-9), Jr Teens (ages 9-13) and Teens (ages 13-17), gives youth an introduction to weight training, mobility, and structured workouts. Our programs include one or two classes per week. Our YTH Fit classes are a great complement to many sports such as hockey, football, volleyball, skiing, and more!

Performance Coaching
Our Elevate Performance Coaching includes many options to fit your lifestyle needs and goals. Work 1-on-1 with an experienced coach for a unique program written and coached specifically to your current level.

On-site functional health clinic
Elevate Functional Health is now taking patients for Naturopathic services including consultations, prolotherapy, IV therapy, Acupuncture, and Physiotherapy, with more services coming soon.

MTN Strong
For hunters wanting to make their trips longer and stronger, this program will focus on the specific skills to hiking in and packing out a hunt.
