Our Community Fitness classes run every day, Monday to Saturday with daily programmed workouts.
We strategically create our programming with attention to detail so you keep getting better and stronger every day.
Every single workout can be scaled to match where you are at in your fitness journey so no matter what, you get a good workout in each time you come to the gym. Each class includes a custom warm-up tailored to the workout, mobility, and the workout–all guided by one of our knowledgeable coaches.

No matter your health and fitness goals, you do not need to be “fit” first, able to do certain movements or lift a certain amount of weight; you just need to start...exactly as you are right now. If you have never worked out before or are an experienced mover but have never tried functional fitness classes before, we have specific programs and scaling options so you feel met at your current ability.

We have classes for everyone in the family.
YTH Fit for 5-17 years olds, MOM Strong for Pre and Post-natal moms, classes for our Parents, and Longevity LAB for 50+ Athletes.

COMMUNITY SATURDAYS
Get your sweat on and bring a friend with you! Our Community Saturday classes are available for anyone of any level with or without fitness experience, every Saturday morning.
